5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching the TV.

5:20 pm: Dinner: pasta with tomato souce, spinach and cheese. Maureen was enjoying very much.

6:20 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Strawberry Jello

6: 40 pm: Evening oral care.

7:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very heavy. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

A thin layer of Nystatin was applied to the abdominal fold.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 96.5

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 65

7:30 pm : asleep

10:30 pm: light diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side

4:30 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
