5:00 pm: Maureen was watching TV in the living room

5.40 pm: transfered Maureen to the kitchen using the Hoyer lift

5:45 pm: 20 ml cough syrop, 1/2 cup of water

5:50 pm: Dinner: beef, potatos, carrots, one cup of water

Maureen was coughing twice during the dinner

6:30 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding

6:40 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:00 pm: Transferred Maureen the bedroom:diaper very wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

7:20 pm:

Temp: 98.4

Oxygen: 95,

Hear Rate:41,

7:20 pm: asleep

10:00 pm: diaper very wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

12:00 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

4.00 am: very wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

Maureen was coughing a lot in the evening between 9.00pm and 12.00am and in the morning between 3.00am and 4.00am

It helped when I put the bed to a higher position.
