4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room

5.30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom: diaper very wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion

5:45 pm: transfered Maureen to the kitchen

5:50 pm: 20 ml cough syrop, 1/2 cup of water

5:55 pm: Dinner: chicken, brocoli, carrots, one cup of water

Maureen was coughing five times during the dinner

6:35 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with peach yogurt

6:45 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:05 pm: Transferred Maureen the bedroom:diaper medium wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

7:20 pm:

Temp: 97.9

Oxygen: 95,

Hear Rate: 69,

7:25 pm: asleep

10:00pm: medium wet diaper, small soft formed bowel movement, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

12:00am: very wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

2:30 am: dry diaper. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

Maureen slept ok, she was coughing this night a lot.
