4:00 pm: Maureen was watching TV in the living room.

5.30 we transfered Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift.

The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion

5:45 pm: Dinner: chilli casserole

Maureen was coughing few times during dinner

6:30 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and

5mg OLANZAPINE with 1/2 chocolate pudding

6:40 pm: 10 ml cough syrop

6:45 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:15 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet, soft small bowel movement. We cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

7:30 pm:

Oxygen: 95,

Hear Rate: 51,

7:40 pm: asleep
