5:00 pm: Maureen was sleeping in her bed.

We woke her up at 5:40.

The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

We headed Maureen to the kitchen for dinner.

6:10 pm: dinner: chicken/veggie pie

Maureen ate just half. She was very tired.

6:35 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6: 40 pm: Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:10 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 96.3

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 62

7:15 pm : asleep

10:15 pm : light wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 pm : dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: light wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
