4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching TV. Carolyn visited her :)

5:00 pm: dinner in the living room: Beef, potatos, peas, corn

Maureen did not cough

5:35 pm: Maureen felt a sleep

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm : 20 ml Robafen

6:25 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with jello.

6:45 : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:15pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was a medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion

Applied Nystatin under brest.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,3

Oxygen: 93

Heart Rate: 72
