January 2 daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen is in and out of sleep. Maya states Maureen was asleep when she arrived at the house and she began to wake around 6:45am.

• 8:20am Our morning begins. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet - Maya and I performed a clean and change and applied 3M products. We washed Maureen's upper body using warmed wipes from the purple packet. We finished dressing and headed to the kitchen.

• 8:48am Administered Levothyroxine with applesauce.

• 8:50am Breakfast - banana, oatmeal, 8 oz prune juice, cup of water.

• Daily Miralax dosage - 1/2 cap

• 9:37am Administered Lisinopril and Loratidine with applesauce.

• 9:40am Oral care.

• 9:45am We reclined Maureen's geri chair down one notch for her comfort.

• 9:50am Small serving of caramel frappé.

• 10:00am Morning facial routine.

• 10:03 Eye wash and eye drops.

• 10:10am Administered 20mL cough medicine.

• General Observation @ 10:15am Our morning started on time today. Breakfast went great, coughing was minimal, position in the geri chair is excellent. Congestion was heavy today - Maureen coughed a significant amount of phlegm so we elected to give her a dose of cough medicine. As of this post, Maureen is sound asleep in the geri chair.

• 10:35am Half fruit smoothie.

• 11:00am Nebulizer treatment with Albuterol.

• 11:20am We headed to the bedroom for rest break #1. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet and she had a small, soft bowel movement - Maya and I performed a clean and change. Maureen will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 11:32am.

• 12:32pm Rest break #1 ends. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet and she had a small, soft bowel movement - Maya and I performed a clean and change and we headed to the kitchen.

• 12:48pm Lunch - chicken salad, bean salad, butternut squash soup, bottle of organic coconut water, cup of water.

• 1:13pm Oral care.

• 1:20pm We reclined Maureen's geri chair down one notch for her comfort.

• 2:10pm Administered 20mL cough medicine.

• 2:15pm We headed to the bedroom for rest break #2. Maureen's diaper is medium wet - Maya and I performed a clean and change. Maureen will lie on her right side for one hour starting at 2:22pm.

• 3:22pm Rest break #2 ends. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet - Maya and I performed a clean and change and we headed to the front room.

• 3:40pm Fruit snack.
