4:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the reclainer and watching favorite show.

4:55 pm: dry diaper.

5:00 pm: dinner: cod with tomatos, asparagus and sweet potatoes.

3/4 cup of water with lemon

5:50 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:10 pm: pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper. Small soft BM.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Nystatin on the abdomen.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Vitals:

O2-99

P- 69

6:50 pm: Maureen is asleep.

5:00 pm: Maureen is relaxing in the living room and watching TV. Dry diaper. 5:00 pm: Dinner: Spagetti with meet and tomato sauce Maureen coughed four times during the dinner. 7 oz of water with lemon

 
 
 
Saturday, December 6 Daytime update

9:00 am- Maureen is awake. Tom said that she woke up around 7:45, accepted sips of water via swab. Marie continued giving her sips of water. Maureen stayed awake. 9:05 am- Administered 75 mcg of Levot
