January 15, 2022, Saturday Night Shift

5:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. Diaper was very wet, small soft bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Lotion. We came back to the living room, Maureen was watching her favorite show.

6:00 pm: Dinner: chicken with brocolli, carrots, prepared by Carolyn.

6:25 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:30 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

6:40 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two green wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

7:20 pm: asleep

10:00 pm : medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

12:20 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

2:45 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed . Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Maureen slept good all night.
