4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner in the living room: Beef, potatos, peas, corn

Maureen coughed only ones.

5:30 pm: Maureen felt a sleep

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 pm : 20 ml Robafen

6:25 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with jello.

6:45 : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:10 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was a medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,2

Oxygen: 92

Heart Rate: 67

7:20 pm : asleep

10:30 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

Maureen was coughing between 1 and 2 am. Her hands and feet were very cold. Temperature the same as in the evening 97.2

I covered her with a warmer blanket.

2:45 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

3:15 am: Maureen coughted few times. Her hands were still very cold. Temperature: 98,2

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 87

4:30 am: very wet diaper, small formed bowel mowement. Cleaned and changed, apllied Cavilon Lotion.

Temp: 98,3

Her hands and feet were warm.

Repositioned left side.
