4:00 pm: Maureen was relexing in the living room and watching TV

The diaper was dry. 4:45 pm: dinner: chicken with broccoli 1 cup of water. 5:30 pm: BP: 124/65 P: 71 5:45 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce. 6:05 pm: Evening oral care. 6:20 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned,changed and applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands. Temp.: 97,2 Oxygen: 92 Heart Rate: 74 6:50 pm: asleep. 10:00 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:35 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.

10:00pm, dry, reposition right 10:50pm, Maureen coughed and suction machine was used to remove some phlegm 12:00am, dry, reposition left . Didn’t use corner pillows 3:00am, dry, reposition right 5:15a
