5:00 pm: Maureen was resting in bed. Position right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

5:50 pm: medium wet diaper, we cleaned and changed her and applied a Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: transferred Maureen to the kitchen for dinner: turkey, brocolli

6:40 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:45 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding and one chocolate candy

7:00 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cavilon lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:40 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. Medium wet diaper. We cleaned and changed her and applied a Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

8:00 pm: asleep

10:15 pm: medium wet diaper, small formed bowel movement, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

12:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

4:40 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

Maureen slept good all night.
