8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping soundly, lying on her left side. Tom informed she opened her eyes around 7:15am, had sips of water via swab and went back to sleep after.
8:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping.
8:50AM - Maureen woke up with very light twitching that lasted 3-5mins, no distress or pain observed.

9:08AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
9:20AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full bed body wash using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. No redness/rashes on upper body. Diaper was medium wet with yellowish vaginal discharge - very light redness on vaginal area. We cleaned and dried, applied Nystatin on the outer area. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. We dressed her and proceed to wash her hair - then, transferred to the kitchen to dry and style her hair.
9:50AM - Breakfast - 8 oz prune juice with 1/2 cap Miralax, Activia, oatmeal pancake and orange juice. Coughed once.
**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.
MiraLAX dose - 1/2 cap
10:20AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt and 1 cranberry pill with yogurt.
10:33AM - Oral care.
10:40AM - Facial and hand care routine.
Applied Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on Maureen's skin bump on her left hand.
11:00AM - Maureen had a 15min nap.
11:25AM - She had half a cup of lemon water.
11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. Position her to face the right side.
12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and proceed to the kitchen.
12:45PM - BP: 105/63, P: 70 bpm
Lunch was chicken salad, fresh tomato, chicken soup, and ice cream sandwich for dessert. Maureen had a cup of sparkling water. She had multiple episodes of coughs and sneezes.
1:30PM - Oral care.
2:15PM - Catie, RN at Journey Care came to visit Maureen for re-certification.
2:40PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet with clear vaginal discharge. Cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.
3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Dressed and transferred to the front room.
3:45PM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water. Currently eating her fruit snack (kiwi, pear, melon and prunes).
