Friday, Nov. 29, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was calmly lying down on her left side, awake. No signs of pain and distress.

8:30AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 102/60, P: 62bpm

8:40AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. No redness or rashes on skin. Diaper was clean and dry, no vaginal discharges present. We proceed to dress and wash her hair, and transferred to the kitchen after to blow dry and style the hair.

9:05AM - Maureen had the 6oz prune juice with 1/2 cap Miralax and yogurt before we proceed with blow drying her hair.

MiraLAX dose today - 1/2 cap

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt.

9:12AM - Breakfast - oatmeal pancake and sips of coffee. Maureen also had half cup of lemon water. Coughed 5x, and we used suction machine 2x to aid.

**Reclined geri chair one notch. after for comfort.

10:00AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

10:15AM - Oxygen tank replacement was done today.

10:40AM - Maureen was very relax on the chair, awake the entire time.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with very small formed BM. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and proceed to the kitchen.

12:42PM - Lunch was shrimp salad, beets and chicken-veggie soup. Maureen finished a cup of coconut water. Coughed 2x

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to lunch for comfort.

1:20PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen finished hed half a cup of lemon water. She was sitting comfortably on the chair - listening to music.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with very smallformed BM. We cleaned and changed her then, position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water. Currently eating her fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
