Friday Nov. 15, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 100/75.

• 4:45pm Diaper it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Pasta with chicken and mushrooms, and half cup of lemon water. Coughed twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a Very small-formed BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream. No vaginal discharge observed. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: temp: 96.8, pulse: 65, O2: 92.

I retook vitals at 7:00, Oxygen is 98 and pulse was 65, taken just now … sleeping and totally relaxed.
