4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably watching games show.
Maureen had 1/3 cup of ginger tea.
4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.
4:50pm Dinner: Pizza with half cup of sparkling water! Maureen enjoyed. Coughed once.
5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.
6:00pm Oral care.
6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.
6:50pm positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
Vitals: Temp: 97.8, Pulse: 64, O2: 97.
