Friday, May 19 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is asleep. She is laying on her left side.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is still in and out of sleep.

• 8:45 am- Maureen is awake now. We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce. .

• 9: 00 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Brian and I cleaned and changed her. There was a tiny little amount of vaginal discharge. We washed Maureen's upper body. Applied Cavilon Barrier film on her sacrum area, Cavilon cream on her inner thighs. Dressed and transferred Maureen in the chair. Headed to the kitchen.

• 9:20 - Breakfast- Smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, cup of water. Maureen coughed three times.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/4 cup.

• 9:50 am- Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril.

• 9:55 am- Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair after.

• 10:00 am- Facial routine.

• 10:30 am- Maureen is relaxing in the chair.

• 11:00 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Brian and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:15 am.

• 12:15 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:30 pm- Lunch- chicken salad, cream sp, unstuffed peppers, half of a blueberry yogurt ,cup of water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 1:00 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair one level down.

• 1:30 pm- Maureen is relaxing in the chair.

• 2:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet and had a medium formed bowel movement. Brian and I cleaned and changed her. Maureen will lie on her left side for an hour starting at 2:15 pm.

• 3:15 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and transferred her to the recliner.

• 3:30 pm- Fresh fruit snack- pear, watermelon and kiwi. No coughs.
