Friday, May 10 Swing Shift update

• 5:00 pm- Maureen was comfortably sitting in the recliner, watching TV show with Tom by her side. Her diaper was dry.

• 5:05 pm- Dinner- Chicken with dried tomatoes sauce , spinach, cup of water. Maureen enjoyed it, she coughed once.

• 5:50 pm- Administered 5 mg of Olanzapine with rice pudding and 12.5 ml of Vimpat.

• 6:10 pm- Evening oral care.

• 6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier cream. Applied Cetaphil lotion to Maureen's face, arms, legs and feet. Positioned her on the left side.
