Friday March 22, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen sits comfortably in the recliner watching games show.

• 4:45pm Blood pressure: 112/76, P 73.

• 4:50pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Baked salmon, mashed potatoes, steamed Brussels sprouts (prepared by Tom), and 1/2 cup of lemon water.

• 5:50pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. We cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper and applied Cavilon barrier cream to sacral and inner thighs areas. Wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil, including lower extremities. No redness observed.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.4, Pulse: 66, O2: 96.
