Friday March 15, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner watching the game show.

• 4:40pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 4:45pm Blood pressure: 105/62, P 72..

• 5:00pm Dinner: Baked salmon, mashed potatoes, steamed Brussels sprouts (prepared by Tom) and half cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed! No coughs.

• 5:55pmAdministered 12.5 ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:05pm Evening oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom where, we cleaned and changed a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier film/cream. Wiped clean face and hands, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. No redness in the body observed, however, left eyelid looks somewhat red since the morning..

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.2, Pulse: 68, O2: 98.
