Friday, June 16, 2023 - Swing Shift

4:00PM - Came in with Maureen sitting on her recliner enjoying her game show on TV.

5:15PM - Maureen had pizza for dinner and a cup of lemon water. She finished the whole cup of water and definitely enjoyed dinner.

6:10PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with strawberry yogurt, 12.5 ml Vimpat.

6:30PM - Oral care.

6:50PM - Maureen starting to look sleepy. Transferred to the bedroom. Night care. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Vicks on chest and Cetaphil lotion on lower extremities. Maureen's facing on her left side, 2 wedges on her back and a pillow in between her legs.

7:10PM - Maureen sleeping.
