Friday, June 13, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's already awake, Tom was giving her sips of water via swab. He used suction machine 2-3x while Maureen's coughing - she sounded phlemy.

8:20AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:30AM - Me and Tom gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser - her skin is clear from any redness or rashes. Diaper was dry with very small, yellowish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and washed her hair after.

8:55AM - We transferred Maureen to the kitchen to dry and style the hair. She took 10oz of lemon water and administered her the 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with strawberry jelly, 5oz of apple juice and banana. Maureen coughed 2x and sneezed once.

9:50AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline followed.

10:05AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:35AM - Went out for a walk but came back right away 10mins after since it started to drizzle.

10:51AM - At thr front room, watching "Friends."

**Maureen closed her eyes for a nap, approximately 15mins.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break, diaper was clean and dry. We placed to face her to the right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with medium, cloudy v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:40PM - Lunch - chicken-rice with veggie soup, avocado, 10oz sparkling water and rice pudding for dessert. Maureen ate well. Coughed 2x and sneezed once.

1:25PM - Oral care.

2:08PM - Maureen had another 10oz of lemon water. She's comfortably sitting on the recliner, looking relaxed.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break, diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:40PM - Fruit snack time (banana, apple and melon). No coughs. Maureen finished 8oz of lemon water.

**Total liquid intake - 43 oz
