Friday, July 4, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sound asleep, lying on her left side.

8:25AM - Turned Maureen on her right side, she stirred up a bit and started to open her eyes.

We administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce, 10mins after.

8:40AM - Me and Dalia washed her upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry with very small, light brown spot. We cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

8:50AM - Maureen had 4oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with strawberry jelly, pear and 6oz of lemon water. Coughed 2x, she was able to cough up phlegm.

9:25AM - Oral care.

9:35AM - Going out to watch the 4th of July parade.

**Dalia's daughter Stephanie came with her family to watch the parade, too.

10:45AM - Going back to the house. Everyone enjoyed.

11:05AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break, diaper was

clean and dry. We placed to face her right side, inserted suppository to aid with the BM.

11:30AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

12:05PM - 1st rest break ended. Maureen had atleast a 20min nap. Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser, no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet with large, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair.

12:35PM - Transferred Maureen to the front room.

Lunch - Chicken-rice and veggie soup, fresh avocado and 8oz coconut water. Coughed 3x.

1:30PM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline.

1:50PM - Facial and hand care routine.

2:00PM - Maureen leaned backward. Looking relaxed and comfortable.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was still dry, waited a few mins but remained dry. We got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen had 4oz of lemon water. Fruit snack followed (apple, banana and melon).
