4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: Salmon and Brussels sprouts.

One cup of wather.

Maureen coughed only ones during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with berry yougurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Heart Rate: 67

7:00 asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, small formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
