  • 10:40 - Video call with Dr. Purinson.

Four topics were reviewed, specifically to address getting Maureen more energy - blood work, BP, meds, dandruff.

The report from June 16 shows Thyroid and potassium are inline. Liver/ Kidney are OK. Plan to do another draw 9/16.

The changes in the Blood pressure from Ann visits from morning to evening were reviewed. Dr. Purinson suggests eliminating Lisinopril. First log blood pressure for three days at three different points of the day. If blood pressure stays below 140/80 , eliminate Lisinopril. If over, give half. Report back to her . This drug also has a side effect of increasing potassium levels. we may see a decrease as a result.

She believes managing thyroid has a relationship to lower number of episodes.

The blood work will see how the thyroid is doing. We should continue to log episodes.

Because olanzapine is calming, we should consider that next.

Wash hair with the soap every three days. No sooner. Assure you leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes.
