Friday, July 18, 2025 Swing shift

  • 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

  • 4:30pm Blood pressure: 102/64, P: 72,

    O2: 96.

  • 4:40pm Saline Neb treatment.

  • 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

  • 4:55pm Dinner:Pork chop with steamed Brussels sprouts and apple sauce, and 7oz lemon water. Maureen coughed three times and sneezed twice during meal.

  • 5:55pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  • 6:05pm Oral care.

  • 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  • Vitals:

         Temp: 97.9

         Pulse: 71

        O2: 97

  • Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave a few swabs of water. We positioned Maureen in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine. She drank 6oz of water. -9:50am Morning Care we changed Maureen'
