Friday, July 12, 2024 - Swing Shift Update

4:00PM - Maureen is comfortably sitting on her recliner while watching the game show/s.

4:50PM - Diaper was dry.

Administered 150mg of Floconazole with apple sauce for yeast infection. Will be taken only once.

5:10PM - Dinner was baked salmon, potatos and broccoli. Maureen had a cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x, sneezed 2x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Me and Tom moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. No vaginal discharges observed. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. We position Maureen to face her left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:50PM - Maureen is sleeping.
