  • 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner. She is relaxed and drifting in and out of sleep.

  • 5:30pm We headed to the bedroom for a change. Diaper is heavy wet - cleaned, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a new diaper. We headed to the kitchen after.

  • 6:00pm Dinner - broccoli cheese stuffed chicken breast, baked potato, corn, and a cup of water.

  • Maureen was basically asleep from the moment i arrived at 4pm. She slept through the change in bed prior to dinner and she continues to doze off now. After a couple bites in, we elected not to continue with dinner to avoid any risk of Maureen aspirating.

  • 6:26pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with applesauce and 7.5mL VIMPAT.

  • 6:30pm Oral care - we were only able to swab Maureen’s mouth at this point, no brushing.

  • 6:35pm Facial routine, applied Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, arms and hands, and applied Vicks to chest.

  • 6:50pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is wet - we cleaned up and put on a new diaper. Tolcylen applied to both big toes. Maureen is turned to her left side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her and the white block pillow placed in between her legs.

  • 7:00pm Maureen is sound asleep.
