Friday, Feb. 21, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was awake, she's on her left side. Tom was giving her sips of water via swab.

8:15AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

8:45AM - She's still sleeping.

9:05AM - Maureen opened her eyes and seemed like very much awake now, and ready to start her day. We administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 103/58, 60 bpm

9:20AM - Me and Tom gave her a full body bed bath. No redness on upper body. Diaper was dry with small, yellowish vaginal discharge. A very thin red spot on Maureen's right side - near sacrum area. We cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and transferred to the kitchen.

9:40AM - Breakfast - 8oz prune juice, pancake, pear and 2 oz of coffee. Maureen also had 5 oz of lemon water. She coughed 2x and sneezed once.

**We reclined geri chair one notch prior to breakfast for comfort.

No MiraLAX dose today.

10:20AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:35AM - Oral care.

10:50AM - Facial and hand care routine.

11:30AM - Maureen stayed awake, looking comfortable while sitting on her chair listening to music.

We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was still clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with medium soft BM and small, cloudy vaginal discharge. We cleaned thoroughly and changed Maureen. Got her dressed and moved to the kitchen.

12:50PM - Lunch - meatball sandwich, fries, and 3 oz chocolate shake for dessert. Maureen also finished 10 oz of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

1:35PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water.

2:30PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, position to face the left side.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. Waited 5mins in case she would go but didn't happen so we got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack (banana, apple and melon). Maureen had 7oz of lemon water.

Total liquid intake - 39 oz
