Friday Feb.06th Daytime Summary

-9:30 Maureen slowly waking up, got her in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. She drank 11oz. of hydration water.

-9:45am Morning Care- changed her diaper medium wet applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed her face & upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Dressed her to start her day.

-10:00am we washed her hair & transferred her into the living room. I dried & styled her hair. Put in her teeth & gave her 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce.

-10:20am made breakfast, a waffle w/jelly and diced pears. She drank approx.4oz of prune juice.

-11:00am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-11:20am resting watching Olympics

-12:15pm Maureen napped for 30 minutes and finished her 4oz. of prune juice.

-1:00pm gave Maureen her fruit snack watermelon & pear, drank 4oz. of ice coffee.

-2:00pm transferred Maureen into bedroom for her afternoon break, she was dry. Positioned her on her right side.

-2:45pm start Maureen's afternoon, changed her diaper light wet got her dressed & transferred her into the living room.

-3:05pm Maureen finished 11oz. of sparkling water.

-3:15pm watching open ceremony for Olympics

-4:30pm dinner orange chicken & 8oz. of coconut water.

• Gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine w/applesauce

• Gave Maureen 10mg/ml of Lacosamide w/applesauce

• Oralcare

• 5:50pm transferred Maureen into the bed room.

• 5:55pm getting Maureen ready for the night. Changed her diaper, medium wet. Applied cavilon to appropriate area's, washed her face & hands, applied lotion to face , legs & feet. Positioned on her left side
