Friday, December 8 Swing shift summary

• 4:00 pm- Maureen is resting comfortably in the recliner, watching a TV show.

• 4:50 pm- Maureen's diaper is dry.

• 4:55 pm- Dinner- Garlic chicken, rice, spinach and squash, cup of water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 5:30 pm- BP- 115/65.

• 5:55 pm- Administered 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5 ml Vimpat.

• 6:15 pm- Evening oral care.

• 6:25 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was dry, but she wet it during the changing process. We cleaned and applied Cavilon cream. There was still some redness on the right underarm. Cleaned with wet washcloth, dried and applied Nystatin powder. Applied Cetaphil cream to the face, hands, legs and feet. Positioned Maureen on her left side.
