• 4:00 Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 105/60, P 62.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Veggies lasagna, and a cup of lemon water. Coughed twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. Diaper is dry and clear.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals:

  Temperature: 98.0, Pulse: 64, O2: 97.
