8:00AM - Maureen is already awake, lying on her left side. No signs of distress or pain.
8:35AM - We placed her in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:45AM - BP: 102/60, P: 79 bpm
8:55AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath which she tolerated very well. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and to wash her hair which Maureen always enjoys. We then, transferred to the kitchen after to blow-dry and style her hair.
9:25AM - We gave her 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax and yogurt.
Administered 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt

10:00AM - **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.
Maureen had oatmeal pancake and coffee. She finished a cup of water. Coughed 3x and sneezed once.
MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap
10:30AM - Oral care.
10:35AM - Facial and hand care routine.
11:00AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap - hands relaxed.
11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, no discharges. Position to face her to the right side.
**Dalia was reading her a book.
12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry. Dressed and moved Maureen to the kitchen.
12:45PM - Lunch - crab cake, mashed potato and avocado. Maureen finished a cup of root beer. Coughed once.
**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to eating lunch for comfort.
1:25PM - Oral care.
**Moved to the front room to watch a Christmas movie. Maureen stayed awake and looking relaxed on the chair.
2:20PM - Maureen had 3/4 cup of ginger tea.
2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position tonface the left side.
3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.
3:45PM - Sips of ginger tea. Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
