4:00 PM. Arrived. Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner chair watching TV.

**gave her sips of water in between.

5:00 PM. Dinner was chicken kebob with onion and bellpepper, peas and a cup of lemon water. She enjoyed it very much and finished everything. **coughed 2x

5:45 PM: BP 127/107 W

6:00 PM: Administered 5mg Olanzapine, 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 50mg of Kapspargo Sprinkle with apple sauce.

6:20 PM: Oral and denture care done.

6:40 PM: Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. She also had medium formed bowel movement. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream to perineal area and Cetaphil lotion to upper and lower extremities. Positioned her to be facing left side with 2 wedge pillow. Also put a pillow between her legs to prevent any pressure injury.
