  • 9:20 am- Maureen looks awake enough and we started the day. Her diaper was dry. Dalia and I washed Maureen's upper body. We noticed two new red spots on her right forearm. Hydrocortisone was applied. We dressed Maureen and headed to the kitchen.

  • 9:30 - Administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

  • 9:35 - Breakfast- oatmeal with a little piece of banana and half a pear, 8 oz of prune juice with 3/4 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed four times during breakfast.

  • 1:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for a rest break and a change. Her diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Just before taping the new diaper in place, we massaged Maureen's lower abdomen/colon area for a little to stimulate a bowel movement. We stumulated the bladder obviously, so we cleaned and changed another medium wet diaper. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 1:20 pm.

  • 2:50 pm- The only rest break today ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the living room.

  • 3:10 pm- Fresh fruit snack- pear and watermelon. No coughs.
