Friday April 5, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is watching the games show while finishing her fruit snack.

• Maureen closed her eyes as soon as she finished her snack, taking later sips of water via swab.

• 4:45pm Temperature: 102.4.

• We treated Maureen with ice compress.

• 4:50pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 5:00pm Blood pressure: 102/67, P 91.

• 5:10pm Dinner: Chicken noodle soup. Maureen’s eyes are still closed but was able to eat most of her dinner. No coughs.

• 6:00pm Evening meds: 12.5lm Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was dry; wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. Then positioned on her left side for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.4, Pulse: 104, O2: 96.
