Friday, Apr. 25, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake, looking calm while lying on her left side.

8:35AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine and apple sauce.

BP: 106/69, P: 61 bpm

**Maureen's phlegmy and tried to cough it out, we used suction machine to help her get rid of the phlegm.

8:50AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath. No redness on skin. Diaper was dry with very small, yellowish vaginal discharge. We cleaned/dried and changed her. We still applied Calazinc to the labia. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on the inner thighs. We finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair.

9:20AM - We transferred Maureen to the front room. She had 10oz lemon water and 10mg of Loratadine before breakfast. She ate scrambled egg, pear and 8oz of prune juice.

Maureen had a sneeze attack. Coughed 2x. Used suction machine.

10:20AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment - Albuterol and Saline sol'n.

10:30AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:40AM - Went out for a walk.

11:20AM - Arrived home from a short however, nice walk. Good to be outside.

Maureen had 2oz of lemon water.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with small, clear vaginal discharge. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry, we got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:40PM - Lunch - ham-cheese with tomato grilled sandwich, and 12 oz rootbeer. Maureen coughed 2x and sneezed once.

1:35PM - Oral care.

**Sitting on her recliner comfortably. Awake while watching, a documentary about "Cheap Irish Houses," that were on sale.

2:00PM - Maureen had 6 oz. of lemon water.

2:30PM - Barb arrived to visit Maureen.

We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with very small, soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry, we proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had 2oz lemon water. Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
