Friday, Apr. 18, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is still sleeping, lying comfortably on her left side.

8:20AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes, no pain or any discomfort observed however, went back to close her eyes to sleep 5mins after.

8:50AM - Maureen woke up and we placed her in an upright position so we can administer 75mcg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

BP: 101/59, P: 60bpm

9:05AM - Maureen is still looking sleepy when me and Dalia started to gave her a full body bed bath. Used warm water with Cetaphil cleanser, her skin is clear from any redness. Diaper was dry with medium, yellowish vaginal discharge, we cleaned/dried and changed her. We decided to apply Calazinc on the labia today because Dalia informed that the redness yesterday did not get better with the Nystatin. We will observe throughout the day. **Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on the inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and proceed to wash her hair.

9:35AM - We transferred Maureen to the front room. She had 10oz of lemon water before breakfast. Ate scrambled egg, pear and 8oz of prune juice. Coughed 2x and sneezed once.

10:10AM - Oral care.

10:20AM - Facial and hand care routine.

**Maureen was leaning forward a little more than the usual when we got her up from the bed and into the wheelchair. Placing her on the recliner on the front room made her looked more comfortable after.

11:00AM - Maureen was looking sleepy but managed to be awake, hands were relaxed.

11:30AM - We moved her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with small, cloudy vaginal discharge, we cleaned and changed her then, position to face the right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:40PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, avocado and beef-rice soup. Maureen finished 10oz of rootbeer. Coughed 2x. She ate well.

Maureen's phlegmy since this morning and has been trying to get rid of it. Used suction machine 2x.

1:30PM - Oral care.

Maureen was looking comfortable while on her recliner, head was all the way leaning backward, shoulders relaxed while watching a movie - "Taken." She had 7oz of ginger tea.

2:30PM - It is time for her 2nd rest break, diaper was heavy wet. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:43PM - Maureen had 2oz of ginger tea. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
