5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room

5:50 pm: transferred Maureen to the kitchen using the Hoyer Lift

5:55 pm: we administered a dose of Guaifenesin expectorant cough syrup (20 ml).

6:00 pm dinner: hotdog , potatos salad

6:35 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry/mango yogurt

6:45 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:10 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 98.4

Oxygen: 96,

Hear Rate: 65.

7:25 pm: asleep

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

12:00 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows

2:15 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

4:30am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs

Maureen slept good all night.
