4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and having good time with Carolyn and Tom.

5:00 pm: Dinner: chicken, brocolli and potatos, prepared by Carolyn.

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Strawberry Jello.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. very small soft bowel movemend.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes.

Applied Cetaphil Cream.

Applied Vick’s on her chest..

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 96.7

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 67

7:10 pm : asleep

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: light wet diaper

Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
