4:45 pm: dinner: Honey Chicken, brown rice and zucchini

She coughed two times during the dinner.

5:30 pm: BP: 124/65 P: 89

5:50 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:05 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.
