5:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching TV.

Suzen visited Maureen. She brought cookies for her :)

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: delicious fish (bass) with spinach.

6:45 pm:

7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

7:00 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:25 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows.

Temp: 97.8

Oxygen: 98

7:45 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: very wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

12:45 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

4:30 pm: very wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

Maureen slept good all night. She was coughing only two times at 4 am on the morning.
