4:00 pm: Sister Roberta visited Maureen. After she left Maureen was watching her favorite shows.

I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:30 pm: We changed Maureen in the bedroom (applied Cavilon Lotion). The diaper was very wet.

5:45 pm: Dinner: delicious fish (bass) with spinach. Maureen enjoyed very much. Thank you Tom!

6:20 pm:

7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with orange yogurt.

6:35 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:00 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was a medium wet. Medium formed bowel movement. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 98.0

7:30 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: diaper very wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

12:30 am: diaper a littlie wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

4:30 am: diaper medium wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

Maureen slept good all night.
