February 24 daytime update

  • It is 8:52AM. Maureen remains in bed. She is extremely groggy. Her arms are twitching quite a bit. It is difficult to get her to respond to questions. When touching her feet, she barley responds.

  • We gave Maureen a sip of water in bed while sitting up. She had a lot of difficulty swallowing it - eventually coughed it up.

  • Maureen got out of bed at 10:00AM. Pull up was soaked And pad was wet. Maya changed and cleaned her.

  • She ate her breakfast without coughing at all.

  • Maya gave Maureen one Colace pill. She swallowed it without incident.

  • 12:15PM - Maureen went to the bathroom. Her pull up was dry. She did not urinate or move her bowels.

  • 3:30PM - We took Maureen to the bathroom. Her pull up was soaked. She did not urinate in the toilet. She moved her bowels a very small amount.
