February 24/25, Night Shift Update

4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV 5:00 pm: Dinner: salmon, potatos and spinach Maureen coughed two times during the dinner. 6:00 pm : * 12,5 ml VIMPAT * 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello * CIPROFLOXACIN 500 MG with applesouce 6:20 pm: Evening oral care. 6:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion. Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes. Applied Cetaphil Cream. Applied Vick’s on her chest. Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows. Temperature 95.8 Oxygen: 96 Heart Rate: 66 7:15 pm : asleep

10:15 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper

Repositoned left side

2:45 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good.
