3:45pm: Julie - a nurse visited Maureen.

4:20 pm: Maureen was watching her favorite show.

I massaged her right arm and hand.

5:30 pm: We cleaned and changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:55 pm: Dinner: pasta with spinach and cheese.

6:15 pm:

7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with lime yogurt.

6:30 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

6:55 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was a medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 98.0
