Maureen was relexing in the living room.

The diaper was dry.

4:50 pm: dinner: pork tenderloin, cauliflower, zucchini, tomato, onion

3/4 cup of water.

5:45 pm: BP: 116/58 P: 76

5:55 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

Cleaned,changed and applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,1

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 61

7:00 pm: asleep.

9:45 pm: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
