February 2, 2022, Swingshift Update

4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room. I massaged her right arm and hand, Tom did left.

4:55 pm - 5:45 pm Maureen took a nap.

5:45 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diaper was very wet. Medium formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: transferred Maureen to the kitchen for dinner: asian chicken with pineaple and rice and spaghetti squash

Maureen had closed eyes during the dinner.

6:30 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce 10ml of the generic Robitussin was administered also

6:40 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:05 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows.

7:15 pm:

Temp: 97.2

Oxygen: 98,

Hear Rate: 59.

7:20 pm: asleep

No red marks were obsorved. No Benadryl was applied.
