5:00 pm: Maureen was watching her favorite show in TV. I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:30 pm: We cleaned and changed Maureen in the bed. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon Lotion. We transferred Maureen to the kitchen for dinner

6:00 pm: Dinner: chicken nuggets, french fries, coleslow

6:25 pm:

7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

6:40 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:05 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

We noticed that her right foot and calf were very cold. The left foot was ok, warm.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 97.7

Oxygen: 95

Hear: 68

7:27pm: asleep

10:00 pm: diaper very wet, cleaned and changed, Cavilon lotion applied, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Both feet were warm.

12:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

4:30 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, Cavilon lotion applied, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

Maureen slept very good all night.
