4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV

5:00 pm: Dinner: fish, spinach and pasta

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper.

We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes.

Applied Cetaphil Cream.

Applied Vick’s on her chest.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 96.2

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 77

7:00 pm : asleep

10:30 pm: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: dry diaper

Repositoned left side

2:45 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: light wet diaper

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good. She coughed few times.
